On this Memorial Day remembrance, we pause the work of election systems and voting data analysis to pay respects to soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.
Amid today’s ceremonies, flags flown at half-staff from sunrise to noon, sacred rituals to their valor, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the sound of taps in the air, the nation pauses to remember their devotion, and Gold Star families who carry on.
May their service and sacrifice fortify our commitment to liberty, and our shared mission of free, fair, and trusted elections. And may they rest in peace.
